This is the first time that I put one star for a Lululemon store. I got the worst experience here when I picked up my online purchase. It is absolutely a racism. The staff that who prepared my pickup order put an USED black size M/L Scuba Oversized Full-Zip Hoodie for me. AND, another staff who grabbed this hoodie for me did not mentioned that to me. I am assuming any of the employees there should check the status of the items that sell in this store. BUT they did not. The staff that who GAVE that USED item to me. I want to say THANK YOU to you!! You ruined all your colleagues efforts for this Lululemon store. Save it, save your racism for yourself. You may want to learn something new, learn how to respect people, learn how to work professionally. I do not understand what benefits you could get from this. But one thing for sure, you need to grow up. By the way, thanks for the guy who helped me to get a BRAND new one when I went to there second time in 30 minutes.

First time in since the remodel and it was an incredible experience! Staff was so friendly and helpful- I did come in around 2pm on a weekday but it was fairly busy in store. Product selection was a 4/5 in some of the more popular styles they had very limited selection in stock. However if you know the colour and size they can help you order it online and ship to home for free or pick up in store. The fitting rooms got a level up, and you can even charge your phone in there. Shout out to Olivia, she was super friendly and helpful!

I’ve always had good experiences shopping here until yesterday. I have no idea what was going on with that staff at the checkout counter yesterday around 8pm but he was all friendly and smiling with the lady before me and my husband. When it’s our turn, as soon as he saw my face (I’m Asian) he changed his attitude and I was just stunned. It was so obvious and I can never forget his tone when he asked if I have an account with them, it was like I own his money. His attitude literally ruined my Friday night. We love their products but I don’t think we’ll visit this store anytime soon.

AMAAAAAAZING EXPERIENCE HERE!!!!! I've NEVER been treated so well and laughed so much with the employees!!! We were visiting from Victoria for my friends batchelorette weekend....this store is THE store to go too!!!! The service was impeccable!!!! Logan was absolutely amazing and Courtney was fantastic!!!!! Made us feel so good!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!! ♥️ We will definitely be back....the Victoria store got nothin on you guys!!!!

After much anticipation to visit this famous Lulu location ...it was a total disappointment. Music loud ...no one talked to us ....selection was horrible ( especially after seeing a plus size women advocating for this company displayed on window ) there was nothing in plus size to buy . Felt deflated as most visits to our local store are anymore and thought this store would be so much better . I will just continue to buy online unfortunately.
